Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. If you paid using the ValuableNest Wallet, the refund will be credited to your wallet balance immediately after approval.

• You canceled an order before it was shipped or processed
• Your payment failed but your account was charged
• Your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe
• The item was confirmed missing, damaged, or significantly different from the description

Refund Methods

• ValuableNest Wallet: Refunds are credited instantly after approval and can be used for future purchases.
• Paystack / Card Payments: Refunds are processed back to the original card or bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Bank Transfer: Refunds may be sent directly to your registered bank account once bank details are confirmed.

Refund Timeline

Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund is typically initiated within 1–3 business days. Card and bank refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Wallet refunds are instant.

Refund Process

1. Submit a return or refund request through your account order history.
2. Our support team or the vendor will review and verify the request.
3. Once approved, the refund is initiated to your selected payment method.
4. You will receive a notification confirming the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items may not be eligible for refunds, including digital products, customized or personalized goods, perishable items, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product page for specific refund eligibility.
